Instructor in Biology
Phillips Academy seeks a full-time Instructor in Biology to begin in September of 2026. We are interested in candidates who are enthusiastic about teaching at all levels of biology, from introductory biology to the AP level. We seek dynamic candidates who will be active participants not only in the academic program but also in the athletics/fitness and residential programs at this boarding school. Master’s or Ph.D. in biology or a related discipline plus teaching experience preferred.

Salary range for this role is 50,000-126,000 annually. Placement on the Phillips Academy salary scale is based on years of experience.
