I say this to everyone of us who has not sent our president a message by :mail, email, phone in support of his having choosen to have more in his cabinet than a T-O-K-E-N person of color. I say this, because he is now facing what the African-Americans had to face before the 70s and in full force!!! And, this is mostly for those too younge to have taken an active part in the Civil Rights' movement against our having a Federal government run by only Racist!!!!!!!!!!!!! Please take note of how, because we the Black race are teaching our children to do as we do and respect our president be they Black or White we owe the respect that the office of Americn President chosen by the majority vote is due. Now that we do not have a White president the White racist are so prejudice agains Mr. Barack H. Obama that they are teaching our grade children to not only now respect our president but to be like their prejudice adults to noteven listen to any thing he has to say. This is showing their children why they must get him out of the Whitehouse by any means necessary... But, with our help he will not continue to be pushed in to this lie (all over most of the main stream media)about we are not going to have any Constitution rights if we do not go totally against our president and his PEOPLE OF COLOR CABNET as he now has. I HAVE POSTED THIS TO GET YOUR OUT LOOK ON WHAT WE SHOULD DO TO HELP OUR PRESIDENT AGAINST THE RACIST TRYING TO OUR RACIST THE OTHER RACIST TO GET INTO OFFICE / REMAIL IN OFFICE as this country was doing pre the 60s???????!!!!!!?Namely the Conservitave media... YES WE CAN.....WAKE UP...

Sister Irma, respectfully, I submit that as the President is the leader of our nation, and serves US, we can question his actions, respectfully. The financial situation is untenable. All citizens, of all races, will suffer if he does not do the right thing, be he black, white, Bush, Obama, whoever. There are some big questions that need to be answered:

Irma, most certainly these problems were not created in the last 8 months!!!
I frankly do not know what to say our president should/should not do. Nor what he can/cannot do, more importantly.
I detest the media, so I do not watch. One could say I am an ostrich, but if I'm only listening to lies, why should I listen? The big (biggest) part of our current problems is the media. But didn't Obama capitalize on the media to the fullest extent?
I get my news here on the Internet, hopefully always to be a free media. And what I'm hearing about things like Earl has posted, the Fed being unaccountable, the new world order, is alarming in the extreme. Obama promised us change. I hope to God he will deliver, to the fullest he is able.

The thing is, this stay in school speech is a non issue. On 9/11 as soon as I heard, I went and got all my kids out of school. A bunch of other parents were wondering "what should we do?" Like a kid missing a day of school is more important than an event of that magnitude?
Parents are not victims here. If they want their kids to here their President, let them. If they don't take them out of school. Doesn't matter what I or anyone else thinks is right.
But it would be sad if Obama's message to stay in school would result in the opposite, if only for one day.
If I still had kids in school, I would do this: tell them to go to school and listen to the President. When they come home ask them what they heard and have a family discussion. Don't parents know how to parent anymore?

Irma, I will take your advice and watch some of these shows, though I don't have even basic cable here.
You know I love and respect you and treasure your words. I will do everything in my power to help our President, as I would hope all Americans would. I expect the same from him, and as we have here, it is dialog that benefits, without taking antagonistic positions. It is human nature to draw the lines and join one camp or the other. This must be overcome. I am neither Democrat or Republican. If I could change my spots, I would not be any identifiable race, other than human.
I said on a post of Siebra's that the President talking to the inner city black youth (this was on the subject of all the children gunned down right near Obama's neighborhood) might be one of the most positive things that could happen. We will see next Tuesday what he has to say, and if our agenda is aligned, and we will keep striving towards that one goal we all have.

I have no doubt that our President is legal. I abhor any personal attacks against him and will deal only with his policy.
This is a crazy situation with race and politics all mixed together (and let's throw in some religion for good measure). But we will sort it out.
I have no love for any that make personal attacks. So we must step up the attack. Glen Beck has not yet been silenced, he's still attacking on this latest issue. Put more pressure to bear.

I also have to say again we are dealing also with the crowd mentality and not just the talking heads. We are not a nation of critical thinkers, else the talking heads would have no power.
And Barack Obama is no weakling. He will persevere, and we will persevere. I do not have the power of the presidency, but I have my own power, as do we all, and that is all we can do, to apply it to greatest effect.

You would think out of all this time Irma that children will want to hear from their nation's leader. So much in the past America's president did not even think of visiting, or even giving a vague thought to school or educatiion as far as coming to speak. It's so ridicolous! I can't seem to make any sense of it, but I am glad we have a president that has a concern for education and students who may even benefit for hearing what he has to say. ...So few seem to be genuine in trying to resolve problems, but only to authentic to create chaos! ....Some lessons are never learned well.

Steve, this is the problem of our having no chioce but to watch manipulated and misleading news in this country. example
1. Was all of this debt caused in the past 8 months...or deos it cover those that the last administration never paid in the first place?
2. Are those thousands of middle-calss jobs lost in the past 8 months or some of thoses out sourced to China and India?
And, until we are able to face the truth, the whole truth we should not even start to say our president should or should not do...remember we are the government...

Now Steve because you are my brother I will give you a little lecture.(smile) You did (I hope) hear our president say that he was going to need all of us / some of us to help him put the government back in the hands of the citizens and not the Lobby? What he meant by this was, we would have to try an get some changes on our local level.
Now what I do is something I have been doing fro a long time now...trying to get someone on the three cable news to get some EXPERTS on the Black community like professors, scientist and socialogist as guestwith media time not to gust come on in an argument about race problems but as human beings and a few Black anchors and even more needed is actual news about our race and culture that is actuall from our point of view and not from theirs. And, why is this well it has to do with these White people only see us as ,we are :stupid, violent and school drops, in jail, on drugs, etc. Try to get the media past our president being anti-American, anti-Christian and every thing they can come up with like he is another Hitler out to destroy the minds of our children therefore....
Now I wish you would at least watch MSNBC the programs Count Down/ Rachael Maddow because these are the only actual cable news programs that talk about the Black community now that Jackson and Sharpton got fired from being the Black talking heads when they went to act like black community leaders in Jena. la.You will also see how they are trying to defend those Black men hired by our president to watch out fo rus. One is the head of the brand new DIVERSITY department at the FCC. His job is to go after the complaints of the viewer about the media especially Fox manipulating and lying about our president: not born in America, trying to get their children to disobey their parents and not be such racist(?)Or maybe giving Glenn Beck the 24/7 coverage that they gave don Imus as Fox being FAIR AND BALANCE.And, to have a full investigation of Fox network after MSNBC network accuse them of allowing Beck to use his program to call for the assination of our president.
steve, Mr. Obama is the American president and he can not defend only the Black community...so remember what I said as the begining about our president saying he would need us to help him....(smile)

Clark you are so right, and here is something we can all do. Call your children's schools and ask this also in your church and in you communitys,on Sunday.
"CAN WE IN THIS SCHOOL DISTRICT A-F-F-O-R-D TO KEEP OUR CHILDREN OUT OF SCHOOL EVEN FOR ONE DAY AS WE GET PAID BY THE CHILD IN SCHOOL THAT DAY?
It is why emotional our burst and logic does not fit as one at any time. I am sure that the treasure(broke)and the children will be the only ones happy about skipping school, but your school system is going to suffer unless yours is not as cash scraped as ours is right now!!!

Steve, please do me a favor and take a good look at what is going on here. Ask some one you know that was an adult in 19 59 or 69 and just ask them what doe what is going on now remind them of when John F. Kennedy was runing for president!!
You see J.F.K was trying to become the first non Christain president even though he was White he was Catholic and the Pope was going to use Kennedy to take over America.
but, for us it was different the racist were hanging us for trying to vote and not just get a Black man out of the Whitehouse. So in this sense it is less bad now than them. Or is itnow that Jim Crow is onec again so socially accepted and not underground since the 60s.....
I bring this up to remind us all what happens to those who forget hihstory and the reason that when they do tis they are doomed to repeat it.But, also back then we got our NEWS from experiences seenig us being killed and also by the radio and not by tv to miseducate us into not believeig that there was nothing said ablut any WHITE PRESIDENT only a BLACK PRESIDENT. It is only the truth I am trying to get out to all of us that we are not White and we are not accepted in the White house!!!!!!!!!or any place else as an equal only as a SECOND CLASS CITIZEN.Me , I do not accept being a non person to be talked about becausse I as a member of the Black community still have no voice in the mainstream media or please tell me the you see at least one Black anchor five days of the weeek on any cable or national news or international news. Or do you believe the we have an illegal president as the media is dictating to these peole that have then so up in arms?????

Yes Steve and this is why I watch so many news shows just to critique them. and a lot of the problems that America has right now has a lot to do with Jackson and Sharpton. example now you see even Black professors talking about our communitys. These White media people know nothing about our community if they limit themselves to a conflict then give these two minutes to yell and scream as the representatives of us THE WHOLD BALCK RACE.
I can not watch but a little of Glenn Back as he is just too out on planet Stuck on Stupid. But, what he does can only help us get more truth about our community in time.But, back to Count Down and Keith Olbermann talking(up to 57 sponsors lost now by Beck) about how we have ColorOfChange where as CNN juat says "a group". And, the priceless gem about what I learned about Van Jones(our president's head of the green jobs)Beck has called everything Jones says and does is anti-American and the rest of FOX has taken this up so now the other stations are taking it up also. The gem is that the person Jones is and his teachings of his ideals is in a book that is so successful it is in print in 6 countrys, and the publisher of his best selling book is the owner of the FOX network!!(smile)so what is this a way to get the racist more against our president without saying that they are the reason why he is in the Whitehouse as a leader in what he believes in?????Or is this only about selling more of his books for th e owner of the Fox networks?!?
so being me, I have started a campaign to get FOX to be forced to admit that they are doing this to raise book sales????And, things like this to let them know that those supporting the fight agains the misuse of our public aire waves is not allowed!!!!
but, my brother on sometings you must just over look me because I am an activist in the _____%(smile)doing tis is one of the most rewarding thing to me going. This is in a way what I live for, because racism never takes a break.(smile)I love you still so just continue to be you and that is the best help you can do to help our president. We all do what we do best to help.O.K(smile)

Brother Earl, where have you been where you have been not hearing about our president is trying to INDOCTRINATE OUR CHILDREN SO THEY MUST NOT ALLOW THEIR CHILDREN TO GO TO SCHOOL AND HEAR HIS SPEECH ON THE FIRST DAY OF SCHOOL ON THE 8TH...LOL
Now I have no idea what he is suppose to INDOCTRINATE the children in/on as they have called him being every thing but a child of God.

I was going to save this for another post. We now have a brand new department in the FCC. It is called the Diversity dept and is headed by a brother named Mark Lloyd.He is what we need to get not only rid of Beck but to get the Fox network to stop giving aid and comfort to those who wants our president out of the Whitehouse by any means necessary.
so if you see any thing offensive about our race, community, culture or demeaning against our race please cal and complain to the diversity dept. because unti we get some Black anchors on out cable news and not just prejudice, biased oninions of those like the people over on Fox we are fighting a loosing battle for equal justice.And, even more important for the protection of our president....1888-225-5322...fccinfo@fcc.gov...WE ARE THE GOVERNMENT so lets please begin to act like it(smile)
