I suffer from a form of the mental condition that sister Agnes often speak about on her blogs on health and has written a book on the subject...I am bipolar or manic - depressive. This mean where the chemical that is natural in our brains(is missing) to help my abilities to be normal (as is seen by our society) to be able to not go to the extreems of being depressed or hyper(manic) must be help by medication...
as I am human, when going into the unknown like f the stress caused by the pure hell that the changes on my out look express these pass days caused my ability to become hyper or manic to go out of control...
I felt alone on this site and so isolated from my friends and those who don't like me or my desire to try to unite by dialogue...My special thanks to those who have tried to demean me and my pride in being who I am and what I stand for which is to join with those like Gaddy to better educate those of us in the African-American community (and out of it) that we have a history that is out side of the negative / slavery zone...
It is to those who have spent so much of their time and energy in their efforts to demean and defeat me that "I" write to thank them in specific...I thank you for allowing me to see that my problem was that I was in denial that "I HAD ALLOWED YOU TO TAKE CONTROL OF MY LIFE". "I" in doing so had allowed you to put conditions on me, m-e who love and respect myself 'unconditionally'.
THANK YOU FOR ALLOWING ME TO SEE THAT I HAD BECOME MY OWN OBSTICLE..AN OBSTICLE I WAS UNABLE TO SEE OR REFUSED TO SEE UNTIL WHAT HAPPENED TO ME THESE PAST WEEK.(smile)
Every thing begins with me in my enviornment and this has only gone to reenforce my belief that education is the magic bullet for saving mankind from their own self.(smile) and you all are the best at this on these sites ...YES WE CAN...
