IN THE STATE OF CA.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 1. THE GRAVE train of building those countless "private" prisons and medical facilitys to cater "YES" to cater in foods to them has come to an end!!!...2. the threat to close prisons like FOLSON has been attempted by judges in our state for years ,because the over crowding / wearhousing of humans beins in places as crowded as these prisons (not meant to have half of these numbers of people in it)in this state is by the definition of our Constution is "Cruel and unusual punishment"!!!
3. What got major notice on our prisons here in Ca. were so many complaints from family of how their, friends, husbands, children were dying because the y either recieved no proper medical treatments or non at all!
4. because of the non treatments this state must pay out $ 40 billion to this state.
5. When the Federal government investigated these complaints, on somany deats in our state's prisons they ruled the health care treatments or lack there of was deemed by our Federal government that this system of health care was "unconstitutional" and put the health care in Federal government's hands......
AND, BECAUSE WE HAVE BEEN SO 'BRAINWASHED' ALL THEY ARE GOING TO DO IS SAY NATIONALLY AND INTERNATIONALLY THINGS TO INCITE THE PUBLIC TO ONLY BE TALKING ABOUT "THEY SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWING THESE RAPIST AND MURDERS OUT OF PRISON...IT WILL NEVE OCCURE TO THINK ABOUT THEY WILL BE RELEACING PEOPLE FROM BEING INNOCENT TO BEING IN THEIR FOR AS THE FIRST 3 STRIKES PRISONER IN THIS STATE GOT LIFE FOR SNATCHING A SLICE OF "PIZZA FROM A YOUNG PERSON'S HAND!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
