Car insurance companies: For good drivers they still increase your rates! If you've never had an accident...your rates go up. If you pay on time up they go again. All the switching for one to another is tedious! I feel there could be a set rate for just a service of your automobile coverage. All this rate up and down I feel like I'm on a roller coaster! It's a small dilemna but I know many might feel like I do.

Hey Irma--So you are a Law and Order freak too?
I am addicted. One of the things I love is trying to figure out where they did the filming. They have come to my church several times--I saw the ASsistant DA tstanding in our church garden--on the TEEVEE, of course.
My Pet Peeves? People who hold onto their strong opinions that have no basis in fact. I'm looking at you SArah Palin!!!

Not only does the Tv media take off programs just as one gets comfortable with likeing them, they have not just taken off LAW AND ORDER!!!!! ...and the really good programs they only have on during the breaks in the regular programings...
Suprise Rich, I watch much more than news programs.I am a court room program/ mystery and a science fiction tv series nut also. lol and, say the word Queen Elizabeth ! and I am there.(smile)

You know I had actually turned of my computer off and as it has cooled down enough to go do some gardening transplantings, I had picked up my news paper to use as a cover for some new transplants as it is now in the 80 + out here...any way, I looked at this article in one of the papers I had picked up and it made me want to vent this...
4 students had been sent home from school because it was a Mexican celebration day and these students had on American flags, and the majority of the students had Mexican flages and the colors of the Mexian flags on as their clothes colors...the out cry was that these students were waring the wrong flag for this celebration as they had on the American flag...
now being me, I began to wonder why has it not occured to the public at large so upset over these 4 students with the American flags on were sent home for that day...did it ever occure these students could have been beathen up and much worst shot dead with one of those guns on these public school campus the students of today believe they must carry at all times( at least too many of these students believe this)...
lets see a student can be sent home for wearing an American flag ,but not for bulling a student into commiting sucide???!!! ONLY IN AMERICA...
but, my biggest problem with this kinds of emotional out burst are the many ways they can back fire, example... would gangs being identified by their red, white and blue flags be condemned for those colors as the one who wear the RED, the BLUE on and what if they were identified by wearing a christian cross ????...Or does your community have any gangs or gange forces who are able to identify gangs by their body wear?!?
THINK ABOUT THIS , CONDEMING THE FLAG AND A CHRISTIAN CROSS...(i AM NOT SMILING AT OUR BIASES OVER LOGIC)
BRAINWASING OR JUST WHAT?????STANDING BY EMOTIONAL OUTBRUST AND NOT HOW THIS CAN ALL END UP BAK FIRING ON THE PUBLIC?!? AFTER ALL IT DOES SEEM THAT OUR YOUTH NEVER RUN OUT OF BRAND NEWS TO KILL THEMSELVES OR TO KILL SOMEONE ELSE...THE YOUTH MOSTLY DON'T HAVE ANY IDEA ABOUT HOW THEY CAN GET KILLED...BUT, WHAT ABOUT US FULL GROWN ADULTS?????

I guess those people had more to fear from Rev. "wrights powers that I thought they should have had...me I just had only put my faith in him as to how he had mentored Oprah and Obama over their life time of abuse by their family members and teaching BIA true history in his church just like I do Farrakhann (smile)

MIISRAEL,THERE IS A push by someone running for a political office where in her ad about trying to get on the June aballet the stopping of the price of changing car insuraces going up because your good driving record does not go to your next insurer that can lower the insurance prices. (smile)
After hearing a finance expert asking the question of one of his radio program listeners who had asked him how much car insurance should she have...his question to her was does she own a home...when her answer to this was 'yes', he told her to get enough insurance to cover the worth of her home...since then I believe that car insurance is one of teh cheapest things one can buy.
Venting is great, isn't it?!? (smile)(smile)

My vent today is related to tv also...I have just learned about the latest pact between Iran, Brazil and Turkey...and, why it is just too bad that we never get to see on tv people like a friend of mines who lived in Turkey for many years as her husband was stationed there in the Air Force...Her years of living in Turkey ahd taught me a lot about Turkey is a lot like China and they are not any country to mess with at all for any reasons...
this went a lot in helping me to understand how our country never went after or into Turkey during these middle-east wars. (smile)
Rich, Palin is a one person education on who not to follow, hitch your star or wagon to. (smile)

..and, Rich, they once did a tv program showing the Catholic church in Marysville...and for the past few years Natue programs have been filmed right here in our local area...one year it was about the crows taking over a shopping center in Yuba City this year it was about the Skunks taking over the city of east mayysville.(small0 oh, and alot of hollyfilms are done here...they always put ads in our local paper for extras..many stars or now being seen in tv, and movies taht are locals...a local set designer did teh set designs for an away winnign holly film..(smile)
