THE BOARD OF A MAJOR GAS COMPANY 9 AM ON MONDAY...THE THEME OF MY PROBLEM IS , "WHY AEMIRGAS SHOULD MY FAMILY HAVE TO SUFFER FROM YOUR SCREW-UP / COVER-UPS???...All of this came up just today and only their emergancy service was available today!!! HERE GOES...
I use heating our home by wood. So as it is cool in the early mornings and if a fire in the wood stove is used it will be good his time of year. A wood fire would be heaating too much when it starts to warm up out side.So the gas stove for cooking is lit to take the chill off...But, this morning it was no gas but the faint smell of gas...everything at the local AmeriGas office was closed until Monday so they would be out to check the gas smell to see if there was a leak or just from no gas as we have natural gas...(yes we were out of gas, because we are on a computer of theirs to tell them when we need gas this has never happened before)
The person who put in the gas noticed that there was a wrong gas line attached to the main tank and we would be sent a notice that it must be fixed or they would not be able to bring any more gas...Well here is the little catch after calling in this little matter of it was them who had done this work not two years ago...and, in learning about this their answer was a that is why we fired the manager of the local branch....D-U-H!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
So having turned down any and all of the department's people in charge to get me to settle for their talking points...they made an appointment for us to come and talk to their company's board on Monday.
So could you give me some ideas of what I will be running into and how to best handle it gracefully and objectively...have any of you ever run into something that if you don't go along with being wronged you are subjected to be fined, or being classed as unsafe for your home, neighborhood, because this is what this gas line that they put in, and why they fired a manager for allowing this to happen and not even give us a warning about this before today!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!....on top of this we get gas on a regular basis it is only today they sent out a specialist...because as we had to turn the whole gas tank off at the tank someone had to come and do something to it because it had been turned completely off...
Please help and I am use to dealing with this kinds of civil rights and legal rights violations only after years of documentations of them and their practices, behaviors and I have never been the direct plaintiff, before. (smile) Oh, and because I spend more time with my BIA friends and family than my own real life friends. (smile)
