the powers granted to our congress by the constitution is to protect this country from any harm and from any and all foreign attacks...and the powers to provid funds to do this...

now uless you are not likeme in calling this oil a foreign power that is invading the state of lousiana and the rest of our gulf states, that is is doing harm to america, then lets say it is commingin an illegal act...and lets do like the bill 1070 says only this is illegal because it will not be paying any taxes nor does it have a liscense form the state of lousiana to bring this oil from BP into this state...

I REPEAT JUST PLAIN OLD EVERY DAY COMMON SENSE OR THAT NO COURT WILL ACCEPT EMOTIOANL OUT BURST ABOUT OUR BIG GOVERNMENT COMING IN OR NOT COMEING IN BUT WILL ONLY ACCEPT FACTS...I OFFER CONGRESS AS PROOF...AND NOW OUR GOVERNMENT CAN COME IN A ND DO WHAT THEY SHOULD HAVE BEEN ALLOW TO COME IN A DO A MONTH AGO BECAUSE THEY HAVE THE EXPERTS, THE EQUIPMENTS AND TEH MONIES TO DO THIS...
