Yes, Irma. I watched it as well. And I agree--it was a strong statement of why this is a ridiculous effort by the Republicans. It is so clearly another political game they are playing to gin up their base--since it has no real chance of passing.
There are so many problems with it it is ridiculous. Good for him!!!

In the past when the supremist came up with something as rediculous as who is a citizen, when they dove into the issue, they found that they would be hurt the most so they will drop it.
This is another example of the rhetoric used to muddy the water and to creat a divirsion. While we are all up in arms about another race issue, thet will sneek something major by us AGAIN.
When did they start naturalization anyway? Cris need not worry; they won't send h im bck to Irland. If he can prove he is irish, he can prove they came over here nd when. After all they make a Native Person prove his/her tribe even if they look like Sitting Bill.
There are those who have tried to start religious war for a while not. I hope people recognize this for what it is and not get caught in the trap.

Congratulations. I did that for a while but I primarily worked with children of addicts and abused children in the school system. it was quite an eye opener for me even though I had been in the school system for years. I was the child's advocate so they could tell me anything and I didn? have to report it, All except child abuse. I was required by law to report that.

aCTUALLY it may seem that we have only just begun to see the organizations like those talked about by Jamal, Harry and now Saint Jake becoming more and more offered as a remedy for what ails this country...
I AM SERIOUS ON THIS...Hitler as well as Charlemanson did come along at the right time for the right acceptance of something different and offer of safety from the social INSANE norms...Jim Jones waco texas, ect. and those people who all killed themselves at the turn of this century...
These people see society as insane for trying to do the same thing in trying to find peace by way of war as doing the same thing over and over while expecting a different out come...there is always another side of any story...
again truth is always more strange than fiction...(smile)
I can not say how surprised I was at this statement about the Muslims and Mormons...but the Mormon Church did cause a lot of the problems that is related against those against Gay marriage in this state, because they were the ones who provided the fundings for the anti-gay marriage ads and now are in hot water themselves...this could be why they now have no witness as expected for that trial they just held...people do tend ot jump from a sinking ship regardless of teh label the...because being accused of crossing state lines to break a law in that state is taken very, very serious by our federal government...lol(smile)

Chris Matthew's comment at the end of his program was priceless and was the first question I aske my own self about this wanting to change the 14th amendment...
Chris says since his grandparents came to America fro Irland ans he has no way to prove or disprove they ever became citizens of tis country then where does this leave him...
maybe one day these people will be able to under stand that emotions are never accepted in court over facts and tangable things...like how in teh hell is tis government going to be able to tell who and how is anyone is not legal in (my family history)this country except may be the Native-Americans... they have their own separate Nation within the American borders, don't they?!?...

Yes Tomasena, this is a pandora's box they don't want to open at all. My personal problem with this is this is what they did to the jews and when you are deemed 'less than' then you will get every thing but treated with respect.
It is just too bad each class can't have a Rich in each one then we would have nothing to worry about.I can say for my own slef I have always had great to excelent teachers all of my school yeaar..I am thinking about taking a drug and alcohal class this fall. It is only one night a week. I would like to be a druig counslor as a volunteer part time...I have a few more class to go yet
