AMENDMENT VI

In all criminal prosecutions, the accused shall enjoy the right to a speedy and public trial, by an impartial jury of the State and district wherein the crime shall have been committed ; which district shall have been previously ascertained by law, and to be informed ot the nature and cause of the accusation; to be confronted with the witnesses against him ; to have complsory process for obtaining witnesses in his favor, and to have the Assistance of counsel for his defense.

But, you should know I have been on FOX this morning watching the program where they discuss all that has made the news this week...

I had to laugh because they sow how they are in trouble now because they use to have Laura Ingrham sub for Bill O'reilly and now they have Juan williams do this and they had him on the program this morning...J.W. is Black and they never have Blacks on unless it is to talk about our president is wrong for the Whitehouse...

Hell even Gleen Beck has Blacks on, but it is a Black only not mixed audience and my peo[le see so happy to be on Fox they never notice it as promoting segregation. It is always a great day when I see the Fox cable news network scrim like the have been doing these past 2 weeks...but I still can't watch Beck but about a minet of that long! loooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooool (smile)
