HOw much dependancy on others to build these levies as went into building security against the strongest hurricane as they come to this area each year???...any check on the levies after Katrina???? or did no one take the time to check just went out and voted as if Katrina never happened and it will nver, ever happen again...

lets see you blame this on Japan...our president in office at this moment.lol (smile)

and hopefully some will learn from any and all of this happeing in your state, even oil drilling near it for the near future...if not for the long term future.(smile)
