when he governored out of term the first time, he was not only fugal, he was before his time on green energy...Ca. is taking full use of The voting Rights Act bill of 1965 to as he title of this news paper reads...THE SHIFTING WINDS OF POLITICAL INFLUENCE where redistricting tried to eleminate minority majority parts of CA.has been ended .If our politicians don't pass a budget by July, they will not get paid again until they pass it. It is up to them if they want to continue their habit of setting a brand new record for takin gmonths longer than the year before for them to bring in the budget.

THE VOTERS IN OUR STATE HAD HAD ENOUGH SO NOW IT IS A BRAND NEW DAY. (SMILE)

Our governor Jerry Brown is someone you either love or you hate as there is no inbetween...but he is a trip...one never knows what he will come up with...first he made the state workers pay back every cent they spent on unneeded trips to be charged to the state...He has eleminated 30,000 cell phones since January. Our governor set a goal of saving $!3 million a year, he is almost half way there.

He has give n our law makers in Sacramento one more week to get a balanced state budget on his desk. GOV, YOU KNOW WE HAVE YOUR BACK. BUT, WE DO WISH YOU WER STILL THE MAYOR OF OAKLAND THOUGH. LOL (SMILE)
