...THE COURTS ALLOWED THE POLICE AT UCD GET AWAY WITH OUT OF CONTROLED PEPPER SPRAYING THOSE STUDENTS WHICH I AM SURE HAD A LOT TO DO WITH THIS LATEST OUT OF CONTROL PEPPER SPRAYING OF STUDENTS YESTERDAY...WORD UP POLICE, THINGS HAVE CHANGED IN ALLOWING POLICE DEPARTMENTS TO INVESTIGATE THEMSELVES IN THE PAST FEW WEEKS!!! (S-M-I-L=E)
