SURE THEY CLAIM IT WILL BE CLOSED DOOR...BUT, IF ONE IS INTERESTED IN HOW THEIR VOTES WORK THEY CAN BE BORED WATCING C-SPAN WHEN CONGRESS AND THE SENATE IS ON THE FLOOR AND YOU WILL BE ABLE TO LEARN WHAT IS GOING ON BEHIND THE CLOSED DOORS...
