When Gz decided not to obey the police orders not to continue following Tv, he knew that he was going to have to make it appear as if he was the victim. He had his gun with him, and he had the upper hand. All he had to do was provoke Tv into his set-up. He thinks that he has won the victory over stupidity. Notice how he's bucking his eyes, a sign that his mind is rebelling against him(lol).
