THERE IS A REASON THERE IS SO LITTLE TALK OF IT IS ONLY STATES WITH REPUBLICAN GOVERNORS RESPONSIBLE FOR LACK OF BEING ABLE TO SIGN UP AND IT IS BECAUSE STATES CAN SET UP PROGRAM NOT ONLY PREVENTING YOUR GETTING INFO BUT CAN PREVENT YOU GETTING TO SIGN UP ALL TOGATHER AND BLAME IT ON BHO...IT SI NOT FAIR BUT THEY ARE COUNTING ON THAT 'PATTERN OF BEHAVIOR' OF DEPENDING ON ALL BUT THE INDIVIDUAL TO DO FOR THEMSELVES AND DO THEIR OWN RESEARCH ON WHY SO MUCH IS GOING WRONG...AND IS WHY NOE MOST DON'T KNOW AT&T IS SUFFERING THIS BACK LASH AS THEY ARE AND I AM SURE GOOLGE AND THE REST ARE IN THE SAME FIX.
